Rice Pot makes rice the centerpiece of the dinning table.
We aimed to make rice cooking more enjoyable and comforting. That’s why we designed a rice clay pot you’ll love using every day.
Its soft, muted tones and naturally warm texture embody the essence of clay ceramics.

The Rice Pot enhances and maximizes the flavor of rice.
The gentle sweetness of rice is brought out as amylase breaks down starch into sugar. This enzymatic reaction is most active at temperatures between 40–60°C. Unlike metal pots or electric rice cookers, clay pots have lower thermal conductivity, allowing them to pass through this critical temperature range slowly, resulting in sweeter and more deliciously cooked rice.

Simplicity means no more hassle
The unique low-absorption glaze removes the need for seasoning the pot before its first use. Water level markings for 1 and 2 cups of white rice eliminate the need for water measurement. Simply cook over medium heat and turn off the heat when bubbles appear around the lid’s edge—no need to stress about heat control. The airtight seal is achieved through 0.1mm precision adjustments and expert craftsmanship, making an inner lid unnecessary.

Designed to Suite Modern Life Style
The round, compact shape fits perfectly into modern living. Once the cooking is done, it can also be used as a rice container. PETARI’s moderate moisture absorbency helps maintain the rice’s flavor. Any leftover rice can be stored in the refrigerator or reheated directly in the microwave with the rice pot.
