| Product return, defective products, and cancellation |
For returning defective or wrong products, we will bear the shipping charge. Please check your product upon delivery. If you find any damage to your product, notify the transport company immediately and us as soon as possible. We will immediately ship you a new product, with the shipping and other charges borne by us. |
